From Imposter Syndrome
to Leadership Superpower
in 5 Confident Moves
Quiet the voice that tells you, "You can't."
You can.

It's time to stop: stop feeling stuck, stop feeling like you're not smart enough, stop feeling like you need more training, stop listening to the voice in your head that says you're not enough. You are not the Imposter voice in your head.
You have things to do. Goals to achieve. It's time to do them - and stop the Imposter voice from tripping you up.
Aren't you tired of the voice telling you want you can't do?
You aren’t qualified for that position
You need more experience/education/training before you can do that
Who do you think you are?
If you fail, everyone will see that you’re not so smart
You should stick to what you’re good at
What could it mean to you, to change the conversation from anxious and insecure into powerful and confident?
It could mean:
Applying for that role you’ve been thinking about
Presenting your ideas boldly at the next team meeting
Leading a new initiative that’s important to you
Changing up the way you currently do your job - and doing it your way
Writing that book, launching that business, joining that group…
The inner Imposter keeps us playing small, safe roles where we don’t take risks,
don’t make big moves and do our best to keep everyone else happy.
Is that what you want in your career?
I didn’t think so.
Let’s tackle the Imposter in our heads and start making the impact you were born to make.

Meet Your Coach
Natalie Hahn, CEO Dirty Girls Consulting

I spent over 20 years in corporate roles, climbing that ladder and wondering at every rung when someone was finally going to realize that I was making up all up as I went along.
And call me out on it.
The voice in my head reminded me daily, "You're a fraud. How can you run marketing teams? You don't have a degree in marketing. Heck, you don't even have a degree in Business!" (I don't. I studied Russian & Ukrainian Literature. No joke).
We all have that fear of being found out for being "less than."
We have this idea that we're an imposter, we're faking it, and one day, we'll have to pay the price.
But, here's the thing: we have experience, we intelligence and we have intuition.
It was only once I learned to trust myself, to listen to myself, and to take the action that aligned with the kind of leader I want to be, that my career really started to take off.
Forward and upward.
In my career, I've been the only woman in the room, feeling like I was unseen, unheard, and didn't have a voice.
I thought I was battling against male-dominated leadership.
I thought I was battling against a glass ceiling.
I thought I was battling against an old-fashioned corporate structure.
I started to realize that while some of that might be true, there was a bigger battle to face.
The one inside me.
The voice that told me I needed to do more, do it better, do it perfectly in fact, if I was ever to be equal with men.
The voice that told me that I wasn't smart enough to keep up with the real leaders.
The voice that told me I had no business shooting for executive roles and should be happy to just have a job.
And yet, I KNEW that I could be a strong leader.
I knew I had more to offer, but I was stuck on how to make it happen. I knew there was more to me, more to my career and my life.
I just had to figure out how.
It was a coach who showed me how.
And I realized that I was only of thousands of women who were struggling with the same challenges.
So in 2013, I founded Dirty Girls Consulting in partnership with that coach who showed me the way to self-trust and confidence, who opened my eyes and my mind the possibility of living a life of "more."
DGC was created to support women who know they can achieve more, who want to make an impact, and who are ready to fire that inner fraud and get on with making their visions reality.
By working together, you can conquer your goals faster, with unbiased support, and with better results.
Let's get started!
